Roman Klott holds a real estate management degree and gained professional experience in real estate marketing, management and financing throughout several posts in major German real estate companies.
Answering on the growing demand for professional real estate services in Serbia and neighbouring countries, he established Atrium Consulting in 2004. During the previous 7 years he was in charge for the commercialization several major real estate projects in the region. Roman Klott is in charge for the development of Atrium Consulting into a leading regional real estate advisory and property management firm. Recently, he opened offices in Vienna, Sofia and Bratislava.
Roman Klott was elected a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) in 2010.

Martin Elezovic manages the Belgrade office Facility and Property Management departments, including in-house Cleaning, Caretaking and Technical Maintenance teams. He is managing 45.000 m2 of A-Class office space.
Martin Elezovic worked previously as Building Energy Consultant with more than eight years’ experience in the design, building auditing and performance modelling of energy efficient buildings, renewable energy systems and green buildings. He has provided consulting services for a wide range of health commercial, residential, and spots facilities projects in Serbia, UK, UEA, Botswana, Poland etc.
Martin Elezovic holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering in HVAC field from the University of Belgrade.

Vladimir Baic is responsible for handling and maintaining of all contracts and customer relations with tenants for properties managed by Atrium Consulting in Belgrade. He is mainly in charge of commercial aspect of services.
Vladimir Baic hold a Bachelor degree of Industrial Engineering obtained at Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade. Vladimir Baic speaks English fluently, and has acquired reach and various work experience in various business fields, especially at engineering and commercial positions, and sustains a professional and devoted approach to his tasks.

Todor Petkov has graduate from Ithaca College, NY USA with dual degree in Economics and Computer Science. He started his professional career in IT Support Center, Groupama where he was quickly promoted from Business System Analyst to Project Leader. During his three years tenure in the company he was exposed to multiple projects related to the integration of the INSIS insurance software for the company clients in Slovakia, Romania and Bulgaria.
Throughout his career he was engaged in a multiple short term endeavors in the fields of private equity investment and renewable energy project development with a cumulative value of more than 500 million euro. In 2011 he completed the full time MBA program at IESE Business School in Barcelona with emphasis on private equity and real estate investments. He is responsible for the expansion of our portfolio of offered services on the Bulgarian market.

Emil Atanasov manages the Sofia office Facility Management departments, including in-house Cleaning, Caretaking and Technical Maintenance teams. He is managing 12.000 m2 of A-Class office space.
Emil Atanasov worked previously as Administrative Manager in STEMO Ltd. He had in charged for office premises, storages and other property of the company.
Emil Atanasov holds a Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Sofia.

Dagmar Snopkova is responsible for handling and maintaining of all contracts and customer relations with tenants for properties managed by Atrium Consulting in Bratislava, Slovakia. She is mainly in charge of commercial aspect of services.
Dagmar Snopkova holds a university degree of Economics obtained at Faculty of National Economy, University of Economics Bratislava. Dagmar Snopkova speaks English and German fluently, and has various work experience in various business fields, especially at bookkeeping, controlling positions.

He is responsible for managing of Bratislava Business Centre 1 – cca 10.000 m2 of retails and offices inclusive in-house Cleaning, Security services, Caretaking and Technical Maintenance.
Roman Bučko hold Dipl.-Ing. Degree of Mechanical Engineering obtained at Faculty of Machine Engineering, Slovak Technical University Bratislava, he has 18 years working experiences in various business fields, mainly as Technician and Facility Manager for health, commercial, residential, and industrial facilities.
